Fees, funding methods, KYC and the contracting entity come from the exchange's own pages or its regulator. Each exchange lists those sources with the date we captured them.

You are deciding where to put your money. It is worth knowing where our numbers come from, and what we will never do with them.

Our six commitments
Each one is checkable on the pages of this site.
Placement is not for sale
No exchange pays to appear or to rank higher. Outside an explicit fee sort, the order is alphabetical.
We say when we do not know
Where a fact is unverified we write that. We do not fill a gap with an estimate, and we do not turn missing information into a criticism.
Local fees are labelled as local
If an exchange publishes a Brazil-specific schedule we use it. If only its general schedule exists, the row says so.
A person approves before anything publishes
No article goes live without review and approval by a named human who checks each claim against its source.
A partnership never changes the content
When a commercial partnership exists it shows up in the button and the disclosure. Never in the assessment or the ordering.
How we work out the example cost
We use one scenario for every exchange, so you can compare the way you would compare shelf prices.
