Fee basis: Official Brazil card schedule; card settles in BRL. topupFeePct is the 0.9% crypto-conversion fee on top of Bybit's One-Click Sell rate; ATM free up to 550 BRL per month, then 2%.

Flat fees follow the currency of each card's published schedule (see the fee basis on the card page). Percentages apply to the amount converted or spent.

Official Brazil fee schedule published in BRL; Bybit is migrating Brazilian users to a local entity under the BCB VASP rules (Resolutions BCB 519-521), with Level-2 KYC required to keep card access.

Tax note

Card spending disposes of crypto; while custodied with Bybit's foreign entity, Lei 14.754/2023 applies (flat 15% annual, no exemption) - the local-entity migration may shift users to the domestic 15-22.5% regime.

What to check before applying
